Cancellation Timeline
Cancellation charges are based on the number of days before departure:
30+ days before departure
Full refund minus administrative fees (₹1,000 per person)
15-29 days before departure
50% refund of total package cost
7-14 days before departure
25% refund of total package cost
Less than 7 days before departure
No refund available
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your travel without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
Date Changes
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes within 7 days of departure are treated as cancellations.
Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we will offer alternative dates or full credit for future travel.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 15-20 working days from the cancellation date. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
